2025 was a year of great change, challenges and growth – and one that I’m very proud of at Jolt Digital. Our biggest focus last year was on people and relationships. New team members brought fresh perspectives and energy, while others moved on to new opportunities. Amid these shifts, it was important to keep our ethos and values front and centre. We spent a lot of time reflecting on how we do business. Who do we want to work with? Why do we do it all in the first place? We made changes to better align our operations with these values.
This has been carefully reflected in our new branding – which rolled out in early 2025, aligning with our 4th birthday!
Of course, economic and market uncertainty brought its own challenges. Still, our client retention remained excellent, and we expanded our work with existing clients whilst onboarding several brilliant new brands.
Changes and Focus
In 2025, we embraced a shift in perspective. We moved away from an overly tactical focus and further towards strategy, brand and positioning. As the digital landscape changes, platforms evolve and user habits shift. Many tactics can become obsolete, and the one true constant is your brand and your positioning. If you get this right, the rest follows.
This meant a renewed impetus on strategic creative work, from rebrands to photography and building ourselves a strong portfolio of case studies. It’s been
important for us to showcase the talents and expertise of our fantastic team.
Whatever the project, from SEO + GEO to rebrands and websites, we will continue ensure the content and experiences we ship are engaging, authentic and built to connect with real people.
We also refined the types of brands and businesses we want to work with. Innovating, growing, making an impact, and those who can be agile and creative in partnership with our team.
Our processes have also become more defined – our recipes for success – we have used these to deliver better results and efficiency for both our clients and ourselves. We know from experience that without structure, projects get confused, difficult and inefficient.
The impact has been clear to see and is serving as a launchpad for 2026!
Highlights
Amongst the fantastic results produced for our clients and partners in 2025, we also enjoyed some great moments in the team.
From our 4-year anniversary cruise on the Thames to video shoots, go-karting, bowling, darts, food outings, to meetings in Bushy Park and busy networking events – these experiences reinforce the importance of building connections in our daily work, and we love to prioritise time to celebrate and hang out as a team.
Most of all, we loved collaborating on end-to-end strategic and creative projects – such as Monkey Sox on their ‘Good Feels Golden’ campaign and MJP Planning on the full rebrand and relaunch, to name just a few – and our team who delivered each of these so successfully!
2026 and Beyond
This year, we’re eager to get out more – to meet new people who share our passions and values at events or in our local community. We already have lots of exciting things planned because we know that connection is what it’s all about.
I won’t profess that all the work is done – continuous improvement is vital – and this will certainly play a huge role for our goals for 2026. We’ll look to develop the team in a considered way that retains our culture and high standards.
Most of all, we want to keep doing work that we’re proud of – to make an impact for clients, their audiences and communities.
Thank you!
A huge thank you is due to each of our clients and partners who continue to support and place their trust in us to deliver on all things digital. Another huge thank you also to my incredible team, whom I value deeply and know are all committed to doing great work and building something incredible.
In 2026, we’ll continue to build, measure and learn – always staying curious and always striving for success. With the world in a state of uncertainty and confusion, we hope that we can support people in our own small way to find joy and success.
We wish you all the best for your 2026!
